Reservations and Arrival Time
- Making spa reservations before coming to the spa is strongly encouraged. For group reservations please call at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure the best choice of appointments for your group. All spa reservations must be held with a credit card.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your treatments and enjoy our resort spa facilities. In the event that you arrive late for your appointment, please be advised that your treatment will end on time so that the following guest is not delayed.
Cancellation Policy
We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice on all individual spa services. Cancellations for spa parties require seven days notice. Reservations cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice will be charged 50%. We appreciate your understanding in that our spa professionals must be compensated for their time.
Gratuity and Service Charge
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities are customary. They may be given at your discretion at about 15%-25% of original treatment price. Additional gratuity is left at your discretion. Gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk for your convenience.
Security
We are not responsible for the loss of valuables in the spa. Please leave valuables at home or in your guest room safe box.
